The room was imaculate ,Lots of space , seperate room for the kids . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will deffinately return . You can tell the minute you walk through the door that it is family run and very homely. Our children loved it. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of it too . Perfect really . -

We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. -

We loved the friendly staff who could not do enough for us..my wife is disabled and the staff helped when we needed it..the cleaners were friendly and always said good morning we are friendly people anyway but it was very nice..it was cold and windy outside so the warmth was lovely..breakfast was excellent and the staff helpfull -

We had a family room this time room 71 which was larger than normal and quite a way from main reception so very quiet. Breakfast at the beefeater next door superb will be booking again in the future.

Rick and Kath are delightful hosts. We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.
