  We really enjoyed the stay at the London Visitors Hotel. Even though we booked a basic twin room with shared bathroom, they upgraded us to a nicer room ensuite. The hotel was one of the cleaniest I've seen and it was warm and cozy. The rooms decoration are not the best but the cleanliness and the size of them make forget this fact. I had to take a trip to the ER and the staff called a taxi for us, offered to make me chamomile tea while we waited, and was genuinely worried. You don't find that kind of concern everywhere!   Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast.
