The Burleigh is a friendly, family run guesthouse in Hunstanton with a fantastic location in North Norfolk, very close to the town centre, theatre, sea front, promenade and gardens. We are ideally located for Peddars Way, the RSPB reserves at Titchwell, Snettisham and Holme as well as numerous other local attractions.
The Burleigh has been awarded with four stars and a gold award. All of our bedrooms have been individually decorated and furnished to provide a relaxing environment with an emphasis on comfort. All rooms are generously equipped, most are en-suite and some have sea views.
Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining room. There is a large selection of breakfast items available which are freshly prepared using only the best locally sourced produce (where possible).
Other facilities at The Burleigh include a residents bar, cosy lounge, attractive front terrace with sea views, free wi-fi and limited off road parking (allocated on a first come first served basis).

I bought thi stay or my parents and the owners were really helpfull on the phone and my parents said the following: The owners were really friendly, lovely comfortable room, in the heart of sunny hunny so could come and go as we pleased. I would definitely recommend the burleigh.
This is a small guest house run by a friendly family. It is excellently
decorated and care is taken to make sure that the guests know their way
around the hotel. From the way the owners were speaking to the other

The Burleigh was very friendly, clean & comfortable, a very spacious shower room which is good as several places just squeeze them in & there is no room to move. Breakfast very nice & plenty of it.No complaints & would stay again.
The couple running the Burleigh were so very friendly and flexible. Their breakfasts are out of this world!! Absolutely excellent with locally sourced food. Would recommend staying at the Burleigh to all our friends and relatives.
The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu had so many different choices and the full english was superb. We booked a room with private bathroom but were upgraded to an ensuite.

Small and very friendly hotel where every effort had been made to make our visit comfortable. Sparkling clean, immaculately decorated and the breakfasts (cooked by our host) were terrific.

From the moment we arrived everyone was welcoming.Breakfast was great and set us up for our day birdwatching. We came back to a comfortable and cosy warm room ,would certainly return.
Pleasant stay at The Burleigh. Hotel situated towards Old Hunstanton, the nicer, more tranquil part of town. Clean bedroom and bathroom, firm mattress and good breakfasts.

There is NO minus's to the Hotel as it was a lovely place and the people who owned it were very very nice and friendly and can not say anything bad about the Hotel.

you have to know there are a few stairs, so for some older people it may be a bit more tiresome to get to the room, although the stairs are short set of steps. The hosts will bring your luggage up if needed.

Room very hot even with a fan. Stairs not ideal if you are elderly. But last minute booking and would check for a ground floor in future.
I am afraid there were far too many steps for me up to the 2nd floor , although I love staying here , I do not think i shall manage them next year as I am disabled and in my 78th year .Very sorry as i loved my stay otherwise and would want to thank the staff for their care.
