  EVERYTHING was fabulous from the minute we walked in. We were greeted by the manager who showed us into the lounge where we had a scrumtious afternoon tea.we were then upgraded to a fabulous suite we even had our own xmas tree .this was our 2nd visit WE WILL BE BACK.. - The room was luxurious and we were given an upgrade due to the allocated ro... o que as pessoas dizem » om not being ready, even though we were an hour early!! Would eat out next time due to dinner menu too fine for our tastes. That said the attention to detail and customer service is excellent.
