the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. Good location close to city centre. Only 20 minute walk from The Hydro & SEC. Plenty of bars & clubs nearby. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was very clean and bigger than I had expected. Key to front door meant there was no curfew so all in all it was ideal for our girls' night out to a concert then clubbing!

Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.
