  I was given a free up grade as it was my wedding night. The room I wasgiven was fantastic. My new wife and I were more than pleased with theway we were treat. Thank you. - Excellent rooms which match a four star grade hotel. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Close to Metro Centre. Friends were upgraded to executive room.

  The food was good & value for money, the room was excellent with the shower taking top billing from both of us. All the staff were attentive to your needs & requests, nothing was to much trouble for them.   On arrival the man on reception was extreamly welcoming and thought the weekend all staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely warm cosy feel which the extended into the room. The bed was extremely comfy with extra pillows stored in the room if needed. There were also extra towels and plenty of tea and coffee also supplied in the... o que as pessoas dizem » room. I was slightly worried about noise due to reviews previously read but I can honestly say I didn't hear a thing though the night. Will stay here - Convenient to location.
