After spending 20 days on a tour all we wanted was to relax for a few days. We arrived into Farnborough late, after already letting them know they help us with getting into the apartment with no hassel. The place was warm, comfortable, spacious and clean. We loved it here and would reccommend it to anyone. Just what we needed. Thank You.
The apartment was modern, clean, very well suited for two families and equipped with all needed. We used it as a hub for exploring the Surrey area as it provided excellent value. Modern and spacious, well fitted out, comfortable beds. Was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome kit including tea, coffee uht milk and even washing up liquid.
Very clean and quit , very near to shopping center kings mead and Farnborough train station and bus stop .

The flat was clean and a nice location and as I visit that area regularly would have been my firm's apartment of choice were it not for the heating and water problems.

The building was a bit hard to find as the area is quite new and Google Maps has problems with it. It would help if a detailed map would be provided before arriving showing exactly in which building the apartment is.
Towels could have been bigger. The cooking utensils are quite basic, i.e. knifes that aren't very sharp. No chopping board or spud peeler.
No one receipt , the key was in box with code which I do not receive by email or message and no one was answering from the staff . I went to my apparent then I found another person in which means no one remind him to check out before 10 Am .
The car park allocation number was not clearly given so had no idea where to park this needs to be informed at either booking or in information folder in apartment.

The photo of the place is not the flat so it took us a while to find the place and hook up with the agent.
After the first night there was no more hot water and with two young children it made a difficult last night and following morning. The heat in the flat also didn't work and there was no one available for help. The instructions about the hot water was also unclear.
Trying to find individual complex, kitchen equipment limited - no frying pans, chopping board etc.
