Everything was excellent, the location, the cleanliness, comfort, and design. The flat was well painted and refurbished, looking very clean, tidy and cozy. Riccardo, the owner, is a gentleman, VERY helpful and promptly answered all our enquiries. I definitely recommend this place.

We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh. The owner should be very proud , they do a fantastic job, we loved our stay here.

Morag (the owner) was VERY nice and courteous. She greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day and how we were enjoying Scotland. Also, her breakfast was great and always waiting. Meats, cheeses, huge croissants, choice of cereals and juices.

Localização - Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

travelled weekend of the 23rd March, 2013. Weather verrry cold. The apartment was very cosy and warm spotlessly clean, ideal location very close to shops, restaurants, parking no problem. Approx 10 mins drive to Edinburgh City. Bus stop outside door.Leith offers several top quality restaurants. Royal Brittanica Yacht, and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Plenty to see and do, would return.

The price was nice and the sleep was good: these are main criteria for a good stay. The hotel itself is ugly, massive, chain-like, but people are okay, walking distance to town attractive, there is a park and a river road, so, I recommend this place!
