Set in the village of Dunhampton, a 40-minute drive from Birmingham and Cadbury World, The Leaking Well has a bar, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. All the bedrooms are located in a recently built annex to the rear of the property. They have tea/coffee making facilities, a digital TV and an en suite shower room with heated towel rails. An optional full English breakfast is served in the morning. Guests can also have lunch and dinner at the property, menus include traditional favourites. Worcester and Kidderminster are 6 miles away from The Leaking Well bed and breakfast. Severn Valley Steam Railway and West Midland Safari Park are a 20-minute drive away. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire 3 night stay! I had travelled to the area on my own for a family party/ reunion and The Leaking Well was the most convenient place when I was looking for somewhere to stay. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed by every member of staff I came into contact with. My single room was a good size with wardrobe space, a good space and mirror for make up, hair etc and the ensuite shower room was superb, nice to have a cabinet to store al.

I was travelling with my teenage daughter as we were attending a cycling event. The staff ensured that all of my daughter's drinks and food for the following day were kept refridgerated over night and arranged for our breakfasts to be prepared early so that we could leave on time. We also enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant and would highly recommend The Leaking Well to a. This is a very friendly B&B. It's located on the side of a main road and above a pub but I had no problem with noise at all on the Friday night I was there. The staff gave me a very warm welcome and were very accommodating. Although I'd booked a single room I was given a twin room which was a nice bonus. The room itself was clean and well decorated with a lovely en-suite shower, tv and comfy beds. The free wifi worked great (not always the case in other places I've stayed) and the room fe. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The family room was excellent and the children liked that they had their own smaller bedroom adjoining ours. In their room were games, books and activities for them to keep themselves amused which I thought was a fab idea. There were plenty of tea-coffee making facilities. The beds were very comfy and clean. The staff were all very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. They are very accommodating and happy to help. Breakfast was lovely, y. The staff were excellent, attentive and helpful. We also found the room very comfortable and stylishly decorated. It was great having a bar and restaurant downstairs and we found the meals to be delicious and very good value for money. Attention to detail, cleanliness and friendly. Kids toys were all lined up and put to bed while we were having a day out! Best family room we ever stayed in. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Extraordinarily cheerful, hardworking, helpful and happy staff. The food was wonderful, in taste as well as value for money. Would very gladly recommend them and would stay there again. The only really bad point though was that I didn't want to leave after just one night!. There was some water damage to the ceiling in our bathroom and directly outside or door. This did not detract from our stay but it would be nice if it were fixed up in the near future. Nothing to dislike. Very hot, as went during heat wave, would benefit from fans in bedrooms, but this would probably push the cost up, and we don't often have heatwaves! Only a minor niggle. The towels were a little thin and not absorbent enough. The heating went off in the night, -3 outside bl**dy cold in the room. nothing I disliked - TV reception was not perfect. nothing!!. The shower pressure is a bit rubbish but perhaps all that can work in an older building. not sure what healthy options there were for breakfast - no self-service counter for example. Nothing. The breakfast although excellent was rather large and did put me of a bit. At the time of my visit there was no bedroom with facilities for the disabled but I was assured that a bedroom was planned to be built in the coming months. The meal (dinner) was not all that good - chips not cooked, lasange cold in the middle hard on the outside - but breakfast was excellent. Good quality breakfast, well cooked and presented. Would have been liked to be offered juice but we werent. View. Very very squeeky bed, put my luggage on the bed and it made noise. wifi wasnt very good couldnt get it in our room. Noisy group of men next door, kept me awake till very late then woke myself and my baby up at 5 when they got in, not happy people like that should stay in travelodges. Very steep stairs for anyone with a mobility problem. nothing. Bedroom walls not very sound proofed. creaky bed, breakfast is 'greasy-cafe' standard. N/a. Being right next to the main road. But that wasn't a problem to me. Beer too dear. Could n't stay longer. Room was cold on the first night due to a problem with the room's heating. No shower gel. TV didnt work in room this time. The room was very small and over priced.
