sphThis hotel was ideally located. Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty. It is great that there is parking adjacent to hotel. -
... o que as pessoas dizem » Have stayed in a few Mercure hotels now, including Carcassonne and Cologne and cannot fault this chain of hotels. This is definately my favourite chain. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed with my partner and our dog and the staff made us all feel exceptionally welcome. The room was extremely comfortable, the food was excellent and the overall ambience was quiet, relaxed and luxurious. - a very relaxing atmosphere, staff were very helpfull, the food was very well prepared and a comprehensive gym

I am disabled and don't get out of the house very often. and very rare get a good nights sleep. the comfort of the room and bed was excelent .I had the best sleep the night I stayed at the Hilton that I have had in months . a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

The staff were very helpful
The appartment was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay ,except.........see below. - Great location, easy walk into town center and to the bay. The flat was clean and a good size.
