The location of the hotel. Staff tried their best to be very helpful but I feel they did not get very much support so felt a little bit sorry for them. No problems with comfort as slept very well. On Arrival, the room was ready and upon inspection had all the main facilities needed for the short one night stay. Clean room with towels and small shampoo and soap in the ensuite. Very good.

Everything was clean and was a warm room and looked nice when we went in. The room was nice and clean so was the bathroom. Price, location. The gentleman on reception was helpful and polite. The room was very basic, but good value for money. The location was excellent. Close to tower an amenities staff was great help. I liked the location and reception was friendly. Hotel needs closeing down and re vamping Hall ways smelt of damp bedrooms was damp moldey celling had a hole in coverd up by a towel flys wasps squashed too the windows and left' I moved the bed was papers wrapers earbuds junk ect obviously not be hooverd. I was scared too even take a shower incase I turned out even dirtyier!! VILE would describe my stay. My tv was broke was given a new one and that didn't work the staff needed a bath there selfs could harldley speak any e. The reason we booked this hotel, was that the hotel web page sold it to us, on our arrival we was greeted with a very rude man telling us the room was not ready, on inspection when we did get the key late afternoon the room was dirty and not the room we booked,toilet seat I would not let my dog use it, no towels provided, damaged ceiling from dripping water above, we had the police 1.30am removing drunks from room above. tha fact that its not far from the front and main attractions. The girl on the desk helped as match as she could. I liked nothing about this dump. Nothing at all bar the location. nothing it was flithy!!!!. Good location. the location. nothing!!!. Location. location. Location. Nothing. nothing. Hotel was not up to exceptions at the start but o k at the end. Room bit old fashioned but that's me being a bit fussy. Other guests had commented that their rooms were not ready with towels missing and no curtains, but for me it was good. The curtains were broken so my partner had to fix them so that we could shut them. A freeview remote was not in the room so we had to request one. The toilet door didnt close properly and didnt lock. No dvd player, window was broken. Nothing. I didn't have to pay for one in the end, but charging for towels is not very customer friendly. The shower temperature was intermittent - I nearly got scorched by hot water when the temperature was set to cold! There should be more parking spaces allocated to the hotel, as we were sure that non-residents were parking there. Window didnt shut properly heating didnt work. all night long there was banging n clicking which was due to plumbing problems which they would not admit and blamed it on other guests. Also the tea tray was ridiculous and the tea bags tasted 10 years old. Wouldn't stay again due to these problems as they was dismissed when questioned. It's a bit outdated/run down. having to ask for towells breakfast was late at 9am with young children. It was very run down. The staff were unhelpful except one young lady. there was an inch of pigeon poo on the window ledge that I slept against, there was damp on the ceilings, blood on the matress, one toilet roll between 4 of us no lock on the bathroom door. fire alarms went off when people made their own toast at breakfast, only put out 6 slices of bread at a time, the milk was off and it was half closed for refurbishment. Tv did not work in room and two single mattresses used to make a double bed. Ensuite shower leaking, sink hanging off the wall. Toilet dirty. Room was tiny with no room at all. Tv not working. Hotel owner unable to speak or understand English. Window was broke in one room. No hot water. Window did not shut, sheets was not clean 1 window was smashed/cardboard up it, shower was terrible i could wee faster, no staff available for help, didnt help us too our room as we cpuld not find our room, they could speak a bit english was not friendly at all, not stopping there ever again. no iron board. It needs completely refurbished, very worn looking, toilet door didnt shut properly got trapped in it twice, slugs in the bathroom, had to pay for towels, very, very poor standard. Five days stayed but coudnt fix Tv . I didnt watch any program during my stay . During my stay they didnt change bed and cleaned the room also no towel and soup I bought my own .And bathroom door was broken . Thats where the praise ends really,where do I begin. There were wires hanging everywhere, the bathroom door didn't shut,you needed mole grips to turn the taps on and off, no soap or shower gel, no towels, £5 for a continental breakfast.I Could go on and on. The room was smelly,there was dampness in the room,chewing gum in the kettle the hole place needs a make over. The bar wasn't open.breakfast is cereal and toast doesn't say that when booking still waiting on my money back because I booked breakfast then canceled them after finding out that was all you got for breakfast . No cooked breakfast No open bar due to staffing No parking- it could have been organised better Very basic rooms with noisy pipes, running water& thin walls Staff hard to understand& weren't very helpful. Stinks of dampness wouldn't take a shower dirty. no curtain crack in sink thick dust above every door frame mucky walls buffets had broken legs no remote for tv. no wifi as stated on website, no bar as stated on website. smell, décor, service just generally run down pit, 2nd night we had to step over sleeping bodies in the corridor which spoke volumes of the normal guests. everything. Everything!!!. Old fashioned Minimum facilities Musky. Third floor room without lift. Dirty bathroom with mildew. Low pressure and very hot water shower. Old wooden windows with mildew. No towels in room. Staff did not really explained anthing, did not shown or tell more about hotel. The hotel needs a lot of money spending on it, the staff need to take lessons on how to speak good English. I've been staying in blackpool for over 45 years and its the worst hotel I've ever stayed in blackpool . everything! place is an absolute dump and dangerous. everywhere in need of a make over. we were involved in a fire middle of night due to faulty beer pumps and fire alarm never went off because that was faulty too!!! took a passer by who saw the flames to raise the alarm. no fire procedures to follow noone checked on us and we left and came home at 4 am. nobody from the hotel even available to tell we were leaving. absolutely shocking set up!!. The smell.badly decorated. fire extinguisher holding doors open and not on wall .dirty carpets dirty bedrooms .poor breakfast.tTV with no free view box so no telly. Nobody on reseption in the morning good job as they would have to listen to everybody complain. The carpets were filthy. The walls and skirting boards were filthy.There were wires across the room floor. Breakfast was advertised but when we arrived only continental breakfast was available. Wifi was advertised but was not available. In my opinion this business is defrauding people as the pictures of rooms bears no relation to the rooms available. No curtains Dirty Nothing like the pics Staff werent any use no offer to help when complained. the place was flithy staff hard to understand bar was getting refurb which i believe they have no intention on doing. Absolutely disgusting, stay clear, rooms filthy, no towels, no curtains up at the window in the room. Very run down- owners don't speak English. poor/old decor, tile fell off the roof while we were asleep and water started leaking in. no staff around to speak to at the time. everything!! terrible hotel, do not stay here!!!. Damp Dirty Filthy Toilets will not flush for 30 minutes after you flush them Bedroom furniture broken and falling apart. extention lead is the only power point that worked in the room. wall paper peelling of the walls. everything. breakfast served too late 9-10 decor looked unclean. The place was as close to a dump that I have ever had the displeasure of booking into. We could not stay there with a 5week old baby. It was dirty stunk everything you touched was broken, draws,stool, light switches, door handles, curtains. You should remove this place from your site. I would like a refund as we had to check into another bed & breakfast which of course we had to pay for. no tv no shower curtain dirty bedding miss matched breakfast was poor no staff on departure. Do not stay at this place!! I had to ask for the cleaner to come place was still dirty, changed rooms which was no better. The family room was tiny with a bunk bed and single bed I have come away with my partner I surely wouldnt want to stop in seperate beds???? Puzzling! The staff were unfriendly and take all your money upfront. When I complained they were unhelpfull I would never come here again be warned!!. Didnt look like any of the pictures advertising it!! Will never go back!! worst hotel ever!! Had to pay for towels....rooms very untidy, and cleanliness very poor! only plus side was location. Not worth the money. advise people to book elsewhere!. Terrible hotel very dirty .police on site as leaving and guests contacting trading standard should be shut down. This is the worst hotel iv ever stayed at. very dated. and rooms were not very clean. kettle was broken. and bed very rickety! all very tired. in need of a face lift.
