the owners of this hotel were fabulous.. very friendly and nothing was a bother.. Its the most welcome/at home I have ever felt in a hotel or b&b My children even commented on how nice they were. Room was well decorated and spacious, catered for all our needs. Breakfast was lovely and again accommodated the children(from 11-1 yr) fabulously.. will definitely stay here again :).
I stayed in june 2013 Staff were very friendly the breakfast was cooked beautifully and was ready in minutes nice warm room too and was up to dare unlike some of the surrounding hotels own bar and pool table although we didn't use them looked good too, flexible with check out time didn't mind us leaving a bit late after breakfast :). todos opiniões »
Stayed for two nights and had a great time, Perfect location for the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle, just a 15 minute walk to the tower or a very short tram ride! Simon & Ros are really welcoming, was like a home away from home! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Staff at Hilbre hotel was very friendly and helpful.They made sure every thing is in place and available as much as they could.the hotel was very clean though out my stay.the breakfast was great both for me and children.
Nice hotel, nice friendly people very welcoming. We felt very relaxed and at home. Good facilities and cheap drink! Very close to amenities and nice and quiet. Will be going back when we next visit Blackpool.
Very friendly owners, they would go out of their way to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay, most importantly it was very clean and extremely comfortable, great location too.
Everything the food was great the hotel was very clean the staff was great and if we needed any thing they was on hand very friendly to and I would stay there again.

The breakfast was set to 9am and if I had come with my daughter I would have liked it earlier with her waking up at 6/7am so maybe a range time such as 8-9.
the room was just a bit too small for a family room and could do with a bath/shower as baby screamed every shower time.
