  The Crown was a very old hotel with great history. Fullers, the current owners, had done a great job of refurbishing this hotel. The lower rooms had kept their character and the bedroom we stayed in (Monte Blanc) was beautifully fitted out, especially the bathroom. There was an excellent range of tea/coffee making products plus bottles of mineral ... o que as pessoas dizem » water. The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal, although we did feel the menu was a little pricey. The hotel position in Bishop Waltham w - The rooms were lovely. Fantastic four poster bed and bathroom had huge shower and free standing bath. All refurbished to a high standard. It was a 16 th century coaching inn. Floors and walls all wonky! Very atmospheric. I was with my mum and daughter on this occasion and have booked a return trip for me and my partner. Food was good and bar welcoming. Staff also very good and very helpful.
