The location was excellent for a city break or working in Birmingham. The apertment wasn't very clean (dust under the beds, lots of bits and pieces stuck down the settee, very dusty blinds etc. It needed a proper deep clean. Also it was described as luxurious but it was full of cheap ikea products which cannot really be described in such terms. The finish of the apartment was poor too - a wobbly tap, no handle on the wardrobe, light bulbs that need replacing. On top of that we misplaced our key and the manager tried to charge us £120 to replace it so take care!. todos opiniões »
