Lovely Georgian house which is a 20 minute walk into Bath benefiting from private parking and a beautiful garden. We stayed in the Indian room which was full of items collected in our hosts' travels. The breakfasts were superb enjoyed at a communal table with "proper" tea from silver teapots. A thoughtful touch was the Radio Times in each room if you had time to watch.T.V The Hollies proved to be in an ideal situation to visit Bath and the surrounding countryside

We were about 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and the place was very peaceful, comfortable, clean and friendly. Free wireless access to the internet and free parking nearby were a great bonus. Some of our group who stayed in the heart of the city found parking difficult and expensive, and were kept awake by late night revellers and seagulls

Queen Charlottes Orangery is unique. It is like stepping into a fairy tale with its' beautiful furnishings and garden. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Greg who showed us to our room called Sofia which was absolutely delightful with a four poster bed and all the comforts one would expect from a four/five star hotel. Da cama - We cannot recommend the Tasburgh highly enough! Sue, the proprieter, is the most genuinely caring person and was so helpful to us throughout our stay. We stayed there over our wedding weekend and Sue and Toni were both generous with their time and support for us. The hotel itself is clean and good looking, the grounds very lovely indeed.

Really nice greeting, very friendly and flexible to our needs, we
were in room 1 which was lovely and light. It is a pub so isn't
the kind of thing you'd expect at a hotel, but the friendliness
and general atmosphere was much better than cold hotel. Our friends
stayed at travelodge and paid more and were very disappointed.
Breakfast was great, and I'd definitely stay again if back in

Great location and hospitality from the owner "Giac" Unusual
to receive a text both before and on the day of arrival but very welcome
(and sensible!) We were able to confirm what time we wanted to arrive
and check in. Room was very clean and comfortable (especially the bed)
The shower was great too. Breakfast is taken in the basement kitchen and
was fresh and wonderful quality. It is only a 10minute walk or so into
the city so was a great location for going in to shop and leter to have
dinner.

Really friendly and helpful people. They left plenty of bottled water, fruit and nibbles for us. The two bedrooms are off a large kitchen which the owner can wander in and out of but that's fine as the bedrooms have locks. Fresh towels, sheets etc. We ate at the pub and the food is excellent although the choice is rather limited. Enjoyed the stay

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the centre of the city by foot. Janet, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and really cozy as well. The room my daughters stayed in had a lovely view of the garden, and they said it was real treat to enjoy breakfast by that window in the mornings. -

The breakfast is nice and continental. The location is perfect-very close to city centre. The room/bathroom was very clean and comfortable-we felt like at home. I highly recommend it.
