  The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

  We arrived early and were contacted by the hotel to say our room was ready if we liked. Everything about the hotel is well above par. We were greeted by the owner, who was very friendl. The breakfast was fantastic! We could not have enjoyed our stay more.   The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable....   We stayed in the Carnation room, a spacious Junior Suite with an additional adjoining room for our young son to sleep in. The bathroom was a good size and the generously-sized L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch.
