We arrived early and were contacted by the hotel to say our room was ready if we liked. Everything about the hotel is well above par. We were greeted by the owner, who was very friendl. The breakfast was fantastic! We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Thank you so much.

The warm welcome, excellent choice and quality of the breakfast, clean and comfortable room and the location for the centre of Bath. A most enjoyable experience!

friendly welcome, comfortable room and facilities. Good breakfast-fresh fruit salad was most welcome as was the cooked English breakfast

We were made very comfortable, the staff were very pleasent and nothing was too much trouble. The local available information was excellent with books on the area over and above what was necessary. There was a real homely atmosphere.

It is a bit far from the Town Centre and may not be the best place for people with limited mobility.

Staff very helpful, friendly and chatty and willing to give advice about where to go and visit in Bath.Breakfast was very good quality and our room was clean and pleasant. Beautiful house overall and would go back.

Description of room was inaccuate on the site- did not seem to have a queens size bad and no flat screen as advertised. We had gone for a more expensive room option because these things were advertised but there was a king sized bed and a small portable TV in the room.
