  The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and there were plenty of tea and coffees sachets to keep me from being parched in the hot weather.   I really liked the warm welcome we received from AJ, who made us tea and coffee with some very tasty cake on our arrival. AJ was very accommodating and offered for us to use her fridge to keep our drinks cool etc. All you have to do is ask and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. What a lovely lady. Again nothing was too much trouble and I really felt that - The host, aj, was very hospitable and met me at the front door with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. She was a credit to her business and certainly makes your stay relaxed and enjoyable. As mentioned in previous reviews, the breakfast was excellent...not just in selection of choice but also in quality of ingredients. As it happened, i'd had quite a large dinner the night before and so only wanted a light breakfast and aj offered to cook me an omelette which wasn't even on the menu. It was

  Spacious bedroom and bathroom with everything we needed/wanted. The staff (evening and morning) were friendly and helpful. It's a proper local with plenty of people coming in for a pint and a chat, whilst also providing an excellent place to eat. I enjoyed a delicious goat's cheese tart - the best I have ever eaten. All in all, great value for money in a glorious location three - They made you feel very welcome! It was relaxing but not removed from the community. Everyone there was so friendly. It was a perfect ending to a rather frustrating day in London. Beautiful view from our room window! Room was the perfect size. I actually was sad that we booked only 1 night there. I could see us coming back and booking a week just to relax and visit with the locals. Hope to come back again someday!
