Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. -

Food was lovely, english cooking like mum did, and plenty of it. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bar was opened to residents in the evening, which was good if you had been out for day and didn't want to go out again. -

lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly helpful staff.Position close to beach in a nice quiet spot no road noise whatsoever. Room was big and breakfast was plentiful -

The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Ive always found the staff polite, friendly and helpful. -

We stayed 3 nights, our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location being only a short walk to beaches, pubs and restaurants.

The location of the hotel although being outside the main centre of newquay was ideal as Tolcarne beach was on the doorstep.
On arrival we were allocated room 9 which is probably the pick of all the rooms due to the lovely balcony overlooking Tolcarne Beach.
The hotel is spotless, as are the rooms with soft clean white towels and comfy beds.

I was very impressed with the Staff, from the time I arrived we were made very welcome from Eilleen, Micheal, then Joseph was excellant, nothing was a problem, basically all then staff where professional and are a credit to the Hotel. I will be coming back next year with my family and will be letting friends and family know how good our stay was, thank you

The freedoom to enter and exit the hotel at any time, also meal service, staff preformed well in the dinning room, service was good. Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.

All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. Loved the location - right on the beach easy 3-5 minute walk into town. Staff was extremely friendly. Beach house was comfy and roomy and decorated as a beach house not uptight hotel. Office recommended horse back riding that was cheap n fun - they rented movies also for free which was nice.
