Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. -

The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Ive always found the staff polite, friendly and helpful. -

The location of the hotel although being outside the main centre of newquay was ideal as Tolcarne beach was on the doorstep.
On arrival we were allocated room 9 which is probably the pick of all the rooms due to the lovely balcony overlooking Tolcarne Beach.
The hotel is spotless, as are the rooms with soft clean white towels and comfy beds.

I was very impressed with the Staff, from the time I arrived we were made very welcome from Eilleen, Micheal, then Joseph was excellant, nothing was a problem, basically all then staff where professional and are a credit to the Hotel. I will be coming back next year with my family and will be letting friends and family know how good our stay was, thank you

The owners, John and Ailsa, are very friendly and welcoming and treatyou more like a house guest than a paying customer, which adds to thefriendly feel of the place. Ailsa's breakfasts are superb! The staff from the minute we walked though the door could not do enough for us. Everybody smiled and was very friendly to our whole family and was always asking if we needed anything. We could not fault the staff in anyway they were brilliant. the rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a great stay. -

The location is amazing, right on the cliff top, just a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches. There was a great atmosphere on the Friday evening in the beer garden, overspilling onto the cliff top. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast team seemed short staffed (just 1) but he was calm and helpful and efficient (lots of people would have turned into Basil Fawlty).
Good food too. Would definitely stay again. The kids loved it.

The staff were exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the fact that there was secure parking right next to the hotel - great value for central parking in Truro. - friendly staff, lovely room with free upgrade, great dinner and breakfast

I liked the fact that upon the disappointment of our initial room, we were given a much more comfortable and newly decorated option. The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and obviously took pride in their jobs. The breakfast was really nice and the breakfast service given by the staff was excellent. Would definitely stay again in the new
