  friendly staff, we asked for a late check out and had no problem. Also couldnt find the hotel, we called and they guided us in problem. - It was very basic but we got what we paid for. It was good value for money and very convenient to where we wanted to be.

  Excellent service/staff, the way they walk you up to your rooms makes you feel very welcome. Rooms were gorgeous. Complimentary welcome tray is a lovely personal luxe touch. REN toiletries.   we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester
