  This is a rarity, a lovely small hotel, locally managed and with oodles of character. The staff care about their jobs and wish to see that their guests have a wonderful time. Top this off with a great kitchen, enviable room appointments, nice bathrooms. It's a winning mix for an airport hotel.   we got upgraded to a suite due to the comtemperary rooms being overbooked. the room was beautiful, the size of an apartment and the staff couldnt have been more apologetic. it was comfy, clean, warm, and road noise was minimal considering how busy it was. i love this hotel! ive stayed in the palace in a standard room before, and it was excellent! i... o que as pessoas dizem » would not let bad reviews put you off. - I was astounded when I first entered the Reception. It was a magnificent and beautiful Reception. The Receptionist was lovely and attended to every need. Then we got to the room and it surpassed all expectations. I've stayed in hotels in Manchester for 20 odd years now and this hotel is the best.

  i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Very relaxing - Close to all main attractions and train station. Staff very warm and friendly. Bar and restaurant very well stocked. The level of services provided left us wanting for nothing. The food in restaurant was excellent. We plan to return for this service alone. The rooms are all modern / air conditioned and comfortable.
