  I arrived about 12.30am in the morning, but the staff were very helpful & friendly, as I needed to park in the hotel carpark across the road. The room was tastefully decorated & relaxing. The bed was large & comfortable.There was a coffee machine & hot drink making facilities. A nice touch was the fresh milk in the fridge. A very p... o que as pessoas dizem » ositive experience after a long day on the road. - We thought this hotel was lovely and really good value, we got room service and dined in the restaurant and the food was well priced and tasty. The bed was amazing, hotel and restaurant had great decor and atmosphere. We stayed the week before in the Novotel Leeds which was £24 dearer and nowhere near the same standard, we would choose The New Ellington every time.

  We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had completed the "Special Requirements" part of the booking form regarding check in time and received a call from the Brasserie on the same day who were happy to help and accomodate our request. We had booked a double room and were given the apartment adjacent to the hotel which was very well decorated, roomy and well - Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable. Even though there was music every evening it was not noisy. Fab menu and a buzzy atmosphere in the evening. Very attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. Best fruit salad as part of the breakfast that we have had for a long time. Such an excellent location for exploring Harrogate and to catch the train to York. Great bike hire compan
