This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

I am not given to saying "excellent" to everything, but your hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in, large room, lovely bed, very nice bathroom, etc. etc. I would gladly stay there again. ... o que as pessoas dizem » es. i love this place and recomend it as the best on Bath road, even most of the 5* places - It was very affordable, definitely the best value that we found, especially since we needed a reservation for 3 people and Heathrow hotels are notorious for charging extra for more than 2 people in a room. We needed a room for the night in the middle of a 2 day travel schedule to get home. Very easy to access the airport, as the front desk personnel arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.
