Tthe signage to the Titanic Quarter was excellent.The carpark arrangements were perfect.We had a double room and a family room,both spacious and comfortable.We visited the Titanic and did a city tour the first day, paid for tour thro' the hotel and picked up at the hotel.We went to see a film at the Odessey that evening, only a few mins.walk from

The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you.

Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.

It was my first time to stay with Malmaison Hotel. When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty.
The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.

Ramada encore is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants although we dined in the restaurant within hotel itself. From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere was brilliant, we had a fantastic time. The crack was great in the bar when we returned for the Darts venue. My son aged 11 really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and he was made feel welcome to sit in the bar while we enjoyed a few drinks.I would highly recommend the Premier Inn to anyone staying in Belfast, very central to all hot spots.

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy.
