The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel and we were very pleased with the food.
Bottom line: it is not a cheap accommodation but in the end you get what you pay for. We would highly recommend it! -

This is without a doubt one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is efficient but laid back . The hotel had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the fitness facilities although not extensive were adequate. The room was well equipped and a good size (we stayed in a superior room). The bed was really comfortable. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was really tasty with good choices

Staff (especially reception) were helpful and friendly. Room, although small, was well appointed and beds very comfortable. Good hot showers. Great location in Exeter. Both my partner & I were exceedingly impressed by the high standard to which this hotel has been refurbished. The hotel was very homely and very clean and warm. There was all you needed in the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and service was always with a smile. It is situated near the town, cathedral and quay and bus stop outside. Very good location for a weekend trip to see the sights. Good value for money...cosy breakfast room...friendly atmosphere.

I came for a break-away from a stressful life. It was perfect for comfort, always interesting view from the warmth of the big lounges, and the easy access to the enchanting Town. And the numerous staff were so very discreet with their cheerful friendliness.
