  Great value for money! Staff worked really hard (they were there before we started our day and still there when we ended our day). The cleanliness could not be faulted - if you want a clean and budget hotel this is the one for you. Food was good (home cooked on the premises - not sure how they find the time) and pretty good value for money; bar... o que as pessoas dizem » was limited, but had all we wanted. Breakfast was included and again cannot be faulted - thanks, will stay again next time we are around - There is nothing bad to be said about this hotel. Staff are very friendly and show you to your room. Rooms are lovely and clean. Very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. The owners dog is beautiful, and friendly. Later check out was arranged for me with no problem at all. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I will most definately stay there again.

What more can I say. - The room was a lovely size for 4 of us.The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was set out brilliantly and it catered for all our tastes especially our youngest who asked for a bacon butty with no butter on the bread ! We certainly be using Premier Inns from now on.

  My wife and I stayed in Preston Farm Premier Inn. We live in Dublin and have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years, we found Preston Farm to be the best. This hotel will be my first choice when visiting my family in Teesside from now on.
