  Excellent price that included a wonderful full English breakfast, a comfy bed, coffee/tea/hot chocolate amenity in the room, and a gracious host in John Chandler, proprietor. - The room was bigger than I expected, with a huge shower. Good wireless internet. A great breakfast. Hotel was within a short walk from Leamington town centre.

  We booked into this beautiful 16th century house after having a terrible experience at the travelodge in leamington spa. If you are interested in history and appreciate antiques this is the retreat for you. we loved our stay and will be returning soon. A very warm comfortable stay great value for money. can recommend the leopard pu - Wonderful country house b&b,our room must have been 30 feet square with sofas,places to write reports,comfortable bed with decent linen,and last not least a brand new shower room. The host served a generous breakfast prepared with eggs from his 10 hens.This is the opposite of your typical robotically staffed chain hotel. Highly recommended.
