The friendliness of the staff. There was a mix up with my booking and it was cancelled by accident. The lady we dealt with, Teresa I think her name was,went out of her way to ensure that we were able to stay there the weekend. An excellent example of customer service! Everything about the Waterfoot was excellent.
I found all the staff I met to be some of the most friendly and and helpful that I have come across on world travels.
There were two on reception and a further two in the restaurant who were able to chat in a way that was not patronising and this helps to the comfort of guests

a well designed new build,lots of parking space and brewers fayre ,good service in the restraurant ,food served promptly at evening meal which was well heated and prepared(our kids love p.inn's choc indulgance as well)breakfast food was plentyful and freshly cooked (no dried out bits)our quad room was clean and tidy looking out on the snowy glens

The hotel was really lovely, spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff were so friendly from the outset. Breakfast was brilliant and you could eat as much or as little as you wanted. The lunch / dinners were excellent value for money & very tasty. We stayed for 2 weekend nites during the All Ireland Fleadh. The owners were really lovely and spent time chatting. We must say that it was perfect for a weekend break. The facilities were more than adequate (the en-suite was lovely). The breakfast was nice and the hospitality superb.
It is slightly out of the city but taxi prices were very reasonable. In conclusion I must agree with the previous review "

Donal & Teresa were very friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was terrific. Clientele was very cosmopolitan: Aussies, Canary Islands, Canada, Israel, etc. They provided an excellent recommendation for supper & taxi coupon.

restaurants and attractions. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious living
area. Cosy bed with effective heating and good bedlinen etc. a proper
home-from-home. Sofa-bed was good-sized and comfy enough for our friend

went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and she was very
helpful in providing a map and pointing out all the
bars/restaurants/shops across the city. The B&B is very
close to the city (3-4mins walk) and restaurant/bars are near by.
The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and
set us up for the day. All in all, it was a great visit to Derry and
when we go back, we will return to Amore B&

Very clean modernised period house. Paul and Stephen are very friendly and welcoming hosts. Lovely continental breakfast fare with freshly made scones and buns. Free on street parking. Only few mins walk into town downhill. Nice comfortable room and access to seperate large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Good location
