We stayed in the room with access for disabled as it was the last room for 1 night - 2 beds downstairs, 1 double upstairs. Very comfortable and cosy room - would be extremely good if in a wheelchair etc as bathroom very good for that. Upstairs landing bedroom lovely. Was able to use the Wifi with ease and the food was excellent. Properly cooked

We were made really welcome . The Landlord lit the fire in the sitting
room so that we could enjoy our excellent bar meal in a more relaxed
setting as the pub was fully booked .Excellent location only 5 miles
from the airport . We would definitely go back as this would be an ideal
place to stay for a visit to Bath . a really good find and excellent
value for money .

It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious. The staff were very helpful and it was great to be able to have

Bristol airport. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
Supplying us with tea and toast at five A.m for an early start. The room
was spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped . It would make a
perfect airport hotel or for a longer budget stay For visiting Bristol
and surrounding area.

Staff were very friendly - just wish the restaurants associated with Premier Inns would change their menu. It was close to Bristol Airport but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The staircase - yes I know it is an old building - from reception is a little steep to get bags up and down. -

have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. The hotel validate your parking ticket so it only costs £12.50 /day. The ro

We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,
