  This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival.   We loved the room, location, leisure facilities and the food. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a perfect stay. We will be returning soon I hope. We loved room 117, floor to ceiling windows, a huge bed and fabulous bathroom with a walk in wet room shower and Molton Brown toiletries. - The room was great with fa... o que as pessoas dizem » bulous views. The bed and bathroom were fantastic. I could not fault the staff who were more than obliging. We certainly will stay there again and looking forward to it very much. We actually booked a small double room from Mon-Fri and when we arrived we found they had actually upgraded us to a bigger room with no extra charge! :) We were made to feel so welcome and Sally & Joanne were so friendly and hospitable! The location was just off the sea front within easy reach of the attractions and tram stop. The en-suite (shower, no bath) was clean, tidy with tea/coffee, TV and comfortable bed. Hair dryer, bathrobes basic toiletries etc were all provided, Breakfast was at a sensible time, and excellent. Full English meant that - plus a Scottish touch of a little haggis if you wanted it! Bacon, egg, tomato, black pudding, sausage, haggis, large potato chips, and all the usual trimmings - all cook
