I liked that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. They were flexible and had friendly service and a good breakfast. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and having wi-fi was conveinent. I also like the area of the hotel- a nice and central area. - Excellent hotel

Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Close location to the excellent tram network that runs in and around Istanbul. Very easy and simple access to all the sights of Istanbul by using the tram. It was first time visiting Istanbul. It was a pleasure time to stay in Aspalace hotel: very clean, comfortable furniture, personal is so helpful and nice, location is close to Aksaray tram and shopping area, breakfast was good and calm atmosphere in the hotel.
