  First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is fine as well. - The staff was very helpfully.The room was small, and since we don't like them, we were mooved to a suite without extra cost.Thanks.

Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good.   The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.
