The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. She was attentive and remembered what we liked. - Can who was also gracious and pleasant. - Ilkyaz who checked us in. She advised we take the executive package (no pressure) and it turned out to be an excellent sugge - We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .
