Very well presented hotel with excellent views of the sea and very close to Ataturk Airport. Great restaurants and shopping at walking distance.

Minor problem with shower and no free wifi. Hotel services are very expensive.

Superb sea views from high-floor Club room and even higher Club Lounge. Proximity to ist airport and main exhibition centre, cnr Expo. Within walking distance of sea-food restaurants and ferry service to Asian- side of city.

A little 'isolated' from historical sights, city centre [ although a twice-daily shuttle operates from the hotel ] and , also, shopping/nightlife, although the 'Galleria' modern shopping- centre is across the road from the hotel

The food in club lounge is limited and the copm.breakfast Is so poor. And after I checkout by 2 days they charge my credit card by 16 tl extra I don't know why

We loved the staff. Despite being an hour late being able to check in, the staff couldn't have apologised more. Everyone was super-friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to the Concierge and Sinan on Reception.

Being kept awake by a Wedding ceremony - we had checked out early of another hotel the night before due to wedding noise all night. Hotel guests had to leave the pool early to accomodate the wedding which is very unfair. A turn-down service would have been nice, this is the only reason I haven't called it a luxury hotel.

The lost and found department is almost non-existence... Left my charger in the room when I checked out and the next day it had vanished into the thin air!

Swimming pool, rooms design, food are great!! 10 minutes from the airport, good for the business trip.

rooms were spacious. Good location close to airport and Floria area all rooms are seaview adjacent to Galleria Mall and Supermarket good gym and indoor-outdoor swimming pool next to Marina for restaurants 10 minutes from airport

staff somehow dry attitude outdated far from attractions like SUltan Ahmet, Ortakoy and Taksim food and internet pricey large families and kids in hotel make it noisey sometime poor selection of toiletries in bathroom

The hotel is in a nice position on the sea, close to Atakoy Marina. It is handy for the airport and for ncr showgrounds

It is a bit away from Istanbul city center. Due to often bad traffic, a trip to the city center can take one hour or more.

We particularly liked the location and facilities within the hotel - close to the airport, sea and shops. The staff were friendly and gave excellent service. The room was spacious with panoramic sea views. Breakfast selection was first class and the trendy bar was friendly. Lobby entertainment with the piano was enjoyable. Lobby food was tasty and room service excellent. Having stayed in various hotels in Istanbul this was the best so far.

It seems strange that in a hotel of this category extra charges are made for internet and tv. These charges should be incorporated into the room rates for ease of use.

This is becoming my favourite Sheraton. Close to the airport and the ferry to Barakoy and great seafood resturants. Not the best place to stay if you are looking for nightlife though.

The no outside food or drinks policy. If I want to eat a banana and drink Raki in my room and not pay Sheraton prices I should be allowed.

I have visited several hotels in Istanbul last month and the Sheraton was the best - very nice hotel!

1. Cold Lobby and coffee area , we had to ask every day the staff to shut down the AC by 4 degree no need. 2. No Nargila (Shisha) available

The bottom of the bed is covered with leather which has probably been white before. Find a way to clean it, it doesn't look very appealing anymore.

The hotel is amazing, perfect view, Nice and helpful staff. Very good options for a club room! The size of the room was very good- with a sofa and a desk, big bathroom. The area around the hotel - very nice marina, good and famous restaurant Gilik, next to a big shopping mall and very easy access to the other places.

1- bad shuttle service...every 2 hours and stopped at 20 p.m. 2-bad staff in gym and health club. 3- it is obligatory to swim with head cover and hotel is providing it with high fare!!!!! 4-breakfast is not rich and expensive for nothing.

I liked everything about the hotel, from its comfy luxurious rooms to its facilities. The open buffet dinner is awesome and food is superb!

I was informed that I have to make a 300 lyt deposit as a bond in order to proceed with my reservation though this requirement was never mentioned in the policy of the hotel. To make it worse, they only accept selective currencies and no money shops were available around! It ruined my day and reception staff was horrible with her customer service and did not seem bothered to find a solution to fix this issue though it is the hotel's fault not mine!

When I booked the room the Hotel charged TL 310 from my card account, but during check out time they asked me to pay for the room, when I told them that the amount already has been charged from my account on 22.02.2013 at 13:35 they explaned me they only blocked but did not charge. I always book through letsbookhotel.com but it was first to have such a situation. Hope they will return TL 310 to my card account as they told me.

I forget big amount of money under my pillo , and when I came back I found the money in the same place, the cleaner was a young and honest lady she returned the money in the same place and informed immediately the security, this can't happen in other hotels

The views are amazing

1. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The water came down as a trickle. 2. I paid for wifi internet access. The wifi signal didn't work in my room. I had tonuse it in the hall or the checkin lobby. 3. The food pricing was inaccurate for the quality of food. To charge 70 euro pre person, you expect it to be good but it was very low quality. 4. The hotel charged too much for basic things like soda. They charged triple the amount you could pay in the street.
