We are going the same hotel almost every year and each year we find new things. we feel like "yes they are working". So we know where our money going. This time we find plazma tvs safe boxes in the room etc. Thank you for each time improve yourself. And the guest relation Mrs Naz help us for everything, thankkkk you soo much her for all she did for us. We look forward to go there again.

The vicinity with the main historical and cultural attraction was another positive aspect. I have one suggestion: In the evaluation form why don't you add the the option very good after excellent to to enlarge the spectrum of choices. Because between excellent and average there is a loophole.

Hotel staff very helpful. The owner, Ihsan organised the transfer and driver was waiting for us when we arrived, 15euros each way was very reasonable. Staff advised us about the trams, excellent value and easy to use. Great having the pool for those afternoon dips, restaurant food excellent and good prices.Great value hotel ideally located for all the sights. Free internet and safety deposit boxes

Hotel is very well located for visiting Istanbul. Got a bottle of wine and water on the house, at arrival. A complaint we had about the too 'Turkish' ways of some waiters in the restaurant has been dealt with very courteously and professionally. Swimming pool and terrace on the hotel roof great! Appreciated the aiport shuttle and the possibility of leaving luggage with reception after check-out.

The 'bazaar haggling' interpretation of the prices (of otherwise very good food) in the menu in the restaurant in the evening. Our complaint has been dealt with correctly and hope that tourists will be charged the correct prices when tired at the end of the day, want to have a quiet simple meal in the hotel. Exterioir refurbishment ongoing at the time of our travel.

The staff here are very helpful, english not terrific but extremely nice. Rooms were simple but clean and everything you could need. Breakfast again simple but a good start for the day. I highly recommend this hotel as a budget simple alternative to many of the higher priced hotels in town. Istanbul is so beautiful you won't need to stay in your room anyway.

The hotel manager/owner personally met us on our arrival and we all hada welcome drink. A complimentery fruit basket in the room was a nicegesture. Reception staff were always friendly and very helpful. We werealso allowed a late check-out and after that left our luggage at thereception till late afternoon. Thank you Mr. Ihsan for making our stayas pleasent as possible.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our onward travel arrangements and local tours. The free airport pick-up service (for stays over 3 nights) was a 'God-Send' as we had never been to Istanbul before. The roof-top bar and pool were great for views over the city and the food and drink were good value. The hotel was well located for the main attractions too.

Currently the hotel is undergoing some renovation but the hotel went to some lengths to ensure this was not obtrusive or noisy. The air-con was not too efficient, tho' adequate. Some rooms on the lower floors had poor outlooks. Rooms on the upper floors were light and airy.

A1 service all round (pick-up from airport, reception (comp welcome fruit and wine and info), from all staff. Excellent location - handy to all tourist spots.

Odd smell in room (non-offensive), fridge smelled mouldy, bathroom a little grubby and broken shower bracket so had to hold shower head.

fairly close to main tourist attractions, close to main tram line, easily reachable by metro/tram from the airport.

Our double room was very small, had a king-size bed and only one cupboard. With two suitcases we had litterally no space to walk to the bathroom. Breakfast is basic and only turkish channels on TV.

the carpet could have been cleaner, the bedswere very hard, very little space and storage and the cleaner came into the room whilst we were there, put the case on the bed and took the case table despite protests - we should have been asked - that was bad! breakfast was boring

The beds were comfortable and generally felt safe leaving some valuables at the hotel. It was good to have a fridge in the room.

The service was poor. Staff need to improve on customer services. Cleaning staff need to pay attention to bathroom cleanliness. Breakfast was poor and again some attention is needed to cleanliness.

Normally I don't write about a hotel but I really had the worst experience. First, they send you an email about a free service of collecting you in the airport (what it seems to be standard in Istanbul) and they did not appear. After aclling several times they ask you to catch a cab by yourself. Then, during the check in, they want to stay with your passaport and do the check in latter.

The staff and management are very rude in any respect. They create new rules and payments even if something different was agreed in advance
