The most important -- location near main otogar and dolmus station. Muzaffer- hotel's owner - is very friendly and ready to help when you need it. He knows much information about Fethiye and another places ; and his advices were very useful. Fresh and tasty breakfast on the terrasse . There are small refrigerator , air- condition and tv set in the room -- all works well. Free wi-fi with good speed in the room and terrasse. Very spacious room, great shower. Perfect location in city centre, quite close to both the otogar station (buses to other cities) and the minibus station (dolmus to Oludeniz and other beaches along the coastline). The owner is extremely nice and always ready to help, he gave us a ride more than once and served us breakfast earlier than the regular schedule so that we wouldn't miss our morning bus.

Musso papa is so nice and so funny. impressed. 20mins for fishmarket and 25mins to get Yoludeniz beach.

The kindness of the owner, who helped us a lot, for example when we
needed to take a bus to somewhere, or when he let us leave our luggage
in the pension after check-out time.
The breakfast, included in the price, was prepared by him and it was pretty good.

The location, 200 metres away from the bus station, is good, although to find the pension you should ask for directions to some local.

Room is a little bit simple,while compare to the good location and helpful staff, it's a good choice.

The cleanliness of the room. My bed had dead mosquitos on it when we
arrived. Also the room equipment is poor, just the beds for the four of
us, one bathroom (not enough for 4 people) and a minifridge. However,
this is compensated with the usage of the kitchen.
