Pension was renovated during 2013 winter so, every thing was different than what other people comments say. Pension owner Soner is kind and helpfull person. all the stuff was helpfull. hotel has nice location and aura, the price of the Pension is resonable compare with view :) nice breakfast. you can take your own food and goods upstairs always, actually there was no noice during the night. well if you are from north and west of Europe ''all the world can be noisy for y'' but the traffic noice.
todos opiniões » I have been twice to Fethiye, and I have been around all the city, regarding the location, this is the best location you can stay in at Fethiye. It's value for money is optimum. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice with a balcony looking at the marina where you can enjoy a drink or a romantic dinner. The Pension also has a roof where you have your breakfast and offers daily B.B.Q dinner at a very reasonable price (17.5 Lira) which is quite very cheap compared to even an. Location is close til marina and the city centre of Fethieye. The Owner and the staff are very helpsome and openminded (e.g. they allowed a Polish Family to stay overnight on the terrasse due to lack of available rooms, and similar to a tchek girl - backpacker - due to lack of Money. We would like to recommend the hotel for their hospitality. Splendid view over the bay of Fethieye from the terrasse. The is what is says it is, for the price it should be. Our room was secure and air conditioned, which is all I ask for in a cheap room. On top of this, though, the private bathrooms were recently renovated and probably the fastest part of the whole place! The balconies on the second level have great views - just right for an evening beverage. The large open lounge/dinning/communal area at the top floor was great. It had two huge sofa type sitting areas which also doubled as places for people to sleep as budget accommodation, with access to a communal shower/toilet. The fact that the place was friendly and relaxed, although most guests were backpackers this provided a good base for our holiday meeting different people almost every day. The staff were friendly and made for a relaxing stay. The staff who stay at night provided so much information. The room we stay was quite big and comfortable. Finally, I like the view in top floor and enjoy having breakfast there!. Very nice and helpful staff.A free stansfer was organised from the bus station. A pleasant surprise for a budjet accomodation. Absolutely nothing. in the room can be 2 towers per person. 10:30 is check out time. ( this have to change) fethiye is holiday place and change out should be 11:30-12:00 :) and I suppose pension need some women administrator to keep balance always becuase women or gay touch will make more atractive the place.. pension has really nice back-garden but it's need cleaning and some flower. Nothing. Nothing. Apart from the bathrooms, it's in need of TLC. The balconies do not get cleaned, so if you're staying for a few nights its worth cleaning it up yourself so you can use it. But I have no complaints at all -remember what you paid for the room!. The staff who work at day kept advertising the tour they cooperate with. He recommended oludeniz daily boat tour rather than 12 islands to us. It took so long to get to oludeniz by bus, and 4 of us was jammed into the small back seats, which was the worst part in this trip. The hotel was a bit noisy. Our balcony wasn't in very good shape, but we had the root-top patio, so we really didn't mind. Not a place that cleans the rooms each day, but that was okay with us. Limited WiFi in our room, but good coverage elsewhere in hotel. Mattress a bit lumpy. Could benefit from an under blanket. But this wad minor being only one night. Nothing particular to mention. Maybe some improvement on breakfast. Basic hotel with basic breakfast. Bath water not hot enough. Nothing. Don't expect much of a breakfast. The smell of the bath room. Small rooms and bath room. beds are quite old or just bad quality, everything seemed to be unkemptly. Like many places in Turkey, they advertise acceptance of visa cards etc. to pay bills, but actually do not. Staff were lazy and our room was not clean. No toilet paper and no towels were provided. And any people booking for two-three nights for the free boat cruise....there is no free boat cruise!. Staff attitude and assistance Untidy and disordered reception area, messy and untidy to say the least. No willingness whatsoever to assist with luggage. Ideal Pansyon was so bad that we could not stay there. Dirty, ,noisy tiny rooms. You need to remove this place from your list otherwise you are spoiling your reputation.
