The friendly staff made every effort to assist you all the time. The service was brillant, the rooms lovely, breakfast was lovely as each breakfast is cooked for the guest & there was plenty of variety for everyone to be happy. The pools were lovely. The pool & beach staff wre brillant & were always changing towels chairs & bringing water truely pamper the guests. Our stay was everything we hoped for & we were not disappointed in any way. The room was clean and the room size was good with all necessary amenities and with a nice view from the balcony to the garden and the swimming pools. The staff were absolutely friendly and were willing to go the extra
mile! Smiley, honest, pleasant and totally committed to excellent
customer service! The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and with modern
furniture and equipment. Even after we checked out and went to the
beach the hotel let us take a shower afterwards and provided us with
clean towels. The hotel itself is a great architecture effort, it is a
few scattered buildings in a garden-like environment with a pool in

The villa provide airport transfer service, very comfortable VAN car. Beautiful house with private swimming pool which is the kid's favor. Susie is the hotel manager who gave us much help, we spent a happy family holiday here. BTW, the hotel gave me a cell phone for temporary using, it’s helpful for us to book taxi and contact local service. 10 minutes to supermarket by walk, 15~20 minutes to Bangtao beach, there is a bike rent shop beside the villa’s gate. Surin beach is beautiful which is 10
