Closed to river. Nice views. Front coeicers were poor manner when communicate for booking. Payment had to be done since checking in. Breakfast was dreadful and insufficient, not variety. Customers were neclected by staffs. Lobby had no air condition. No free wireless provided which should make it clearer. The hotel indicate only wireless charge in public area only. Bathroom is not clean with very old. I stayed on the fifth floor but could listen to the party on the first or second floor quite loud iluntil 10 pm. The hotel.
