  Staffs were very helpful especially Saroj, thanks for your great service. They gave me 3 free up gradation from standard rooms to deluxe rooms. They have fabulous swimming pool and pool bar. They have a tour section where Mr. Ali, who is a very friendly, sold us tour with a very reasonable price. He helped us a lot to find out halal foods. I strongly recommend to my f - This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend.

  Everything was so easy because the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were given amazing day trip deals, our food was delicious (especially our Thai dishes) and the location of the breakfast bar (on the beach) was perfect! The resort décor wasn't quite as 'swish' as some places but our room was always clean, cool and comfortable and we loved t... o que as pessoas dizem » he huge shower. The entertainment was fun and encouraged us to intermingle with other guests. The location was great because it's a short trip to shop - Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!

  Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality.   We took our first trip to Thailand and loved it!! Andakira Hotel is within walking distance of the beaches, shopping, mall, ATMs, spas and Starbucks. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Always greeted us and assisted with questions about the area.
