The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -

Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . The swimming pools are espectacular. The seaview is incredible. The service is impresionant. The hotel is close Patong Beach but not in the busy and noisy downtown. - Hotel Blue Marine was very nice.
