The Hotel is different to a normal one, with an open reception and seating area. The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
operators in the hotel is superb. Everything is just perfect!
