Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last.
Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.

O ar condicionado funciona muito bem. - It was a great place to stay! The location and setting was lovely. The swimming pools and staf where charming and it was always lovely to come back to the hotel after a day out, in Patong Beach! I would definitely recommend the cocktails at the bar! We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

The hotel was rather new and the facilities were among the best I've ever had - definitely on par with other big names out there, at only a quarter of their price. Staff were very attentive, and the restaurant was top quality. Excellent location too, with the beach and the biggest shopping centre within walking distance. -

Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business. The complementary taxi service to and from Phuket centre makes life easier. The breakfast was made fresh. -
