The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.

Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service.
This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.

We did honeymoon in phuket and returning home we stayed only one night in Aetas. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is excellent in all respects. Staff is very friendly - in fact most Thai people are very friendly. Nice swimming pool and gym, very decent breakfast.

Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room.
Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room.
And free wifi in room!

Hotel solo is a very comfortable, clean hotel. It's a good location, just 10 minutes walk from the BTS SkyTrain Ploen Chit station. The room was a good size and the bathroom separated the shower and the toilet. The shower has a really nice rainshower in it. Everything was great. We had issues with our card and the owner was kind enough to give us time till evening to try again and even called the bank to ensure that his machine is in shape. Everything looks great in this hotel. Good location near to skytrain, shopping mall, restaurants etc. The hotel room reasonably spacious, clean toilet, locker facilities, free wifi in room, complementary tea-coffee etc. Interestingly, the hotel offers complementary sight visit to the different historical place of Bangkok. -
