  Lovely hotel in Phuket town. We where given a huge room, with balcony, comfy sofa, kitchen and walk-in closet. There is a small pool en the hotel is near to the Festival shopping mall. As the hotel is near a busy crossroad they drive you up there with a golf buggy. Really nice. We went for dinner in Phuket town.   Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee!   3 min. walk from main bus station. Best possible staff - found to be very proffesional, useful and halping. Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). - Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

  So my first stay in Phuket was at this hotel, which I decided to go for 3 nights to allow enough time to see the local area and take trips to Phuket town. The first aspect I'd like to credit are the AMAZING staff, which they spoke very good english and were very helpful in letting me get a better idea of the area but also are generally very nice p... o que as pessoas dizem » eople to talk to. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from 2 massive shopping malls (Lotus and Central festival) which host regular events for l - The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

  We only stayed for one night on our way to Koh Phi Phi. The rooms were nice and relaxing after being on a long plane ride. The food was good. We did not get a massage or visit the spa. - Very friend staff and fast services. Great value for money.
