very good location, close to Khao San Road, and walking distance to the Grand Palace. We booked a two-bedroom room,which was really nice and spacy, clean, lovely facilities and well furnished. We stayed here for two days, and met 3 staffs here, all of them were nice, smiley and helpful. The breakfast here was even better, fresh fruits, coffee/tea, bread with butter or Jam, fired eggs with bacon, everything. just wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. -

Nice looking rooms, staff is helpfull and speaks pretty good English, everything is clean enough, all the necessary services are available. Breakfast is ok thought may be not really a big choice. - It is a new hotel, so everything is very nice. The staff was spoke very good english and was very helpfull, I would differently recommed this hotel.

Would love to return to Marvin Suites. -
We liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help us and answer all our questions. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing which they fixed right away.
The rooms are bright and spacious with lots of storage space. The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus.

The Santhorn Grace was super functional, clean, accommodating staff , and we enjoyed our stay. The price is a bit high but the staff was so incredibly nice and helped us with many requests, so it was well worth the price at the end of the day. -
