  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. The Horizon Staff were incredibly helpful about local information and tours as well as th... o que as pessoas dizem » e hotel facilities. Also the recreation staff. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Jacuzzi area with a bar 2) beautiful & luxurious rooms with king beds, comfy pillows 3) bathroom was very grand & luxurious. Bathtub was the best we had ever used! Big, oval shaped & roomy. Superb! 4) birthday surprise with cake, candles & matches 5) b - the staff were wonderful nothing to much trouble always helpful.lovely location on the river, spoilt for choice with a variety of different menus to choose from and a lovely swimming pool and and spa/massage centre.should we ever travel to chaing mai again we will put this hotel top of our list for accommodation

  We went in the hot season, just before the rainy season, so the place was quiet and we got a great deal on a pool-side room. The weather held (mostly) but was extremely hot - up to 38c at times, so the pool (and aircon) were a blessing. The room was beautiful and well cleaned but the real highlight is the place itself - from the classic Lanna styl... o que as pessoas dizem » e entrance 'building' which is very pretty, especially lit up at night, the waterfalls, ponds, trees (you need to read the notes pinned on them!), scu - We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

  The staff is very very good!! They try to do everything you want,organize everything you need. The food is delicious,especially at Le Grand Lanna; the breakfast is very rich,you have everything. - Magnificent facility
