The pool side area was good.
The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax.
Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue.

comfortable, friendly staff and even brought us to airport got 100b per
person. Nice pool overlooking the bay. Definitely stay here again if in
chaweng as really good value for money. Close to airport also.

Good value, large sized, clean rooms with great wifi connection. The pool is large and the pretty private beach is 2 min walk. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way. It's nicely located as it is away from the main hustle and bustle of the main centre. -

Excellent wifi connection. Excellent design for the rooms as it is apartment style designed and not only room style. Excellent location of the balcony. Simple, carefree living. Excellent staff service. If you are looking for a budget stay, this is perfect place.
I would definitely come back and book this place again. -

Nice and clean accomodation. Good location at the calm south end of Chaweng beach. No pool, but hotel has a private beach area, which was cleaned every day. Fresh towels and 2 bottles of free water every day.
Good breakfast (to choose from restaurant menue), could also be served on our balcony (free). Friendly and helpfull staff.

It is a small and lovely hotel located in a quiet part of Chaweng. The
beach was clean and not crowded. It was so wanderful tofall asleep
listening to sound of the sea. There were three types of breakfast:
European, American and Thai. There is a library, not big but you can
pick something to read.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). Location is excellent. When we're leaving it was early check out (5am) and in the evening before we asked a receptionis

The location is close enough to the busy part of the beach and beach
road without dealing with the noise and crowds. The front desk staff all
spoke great English. The pool is one of the bigger I've seen on the
island. The room was comfortable enough for me to live in long term.
Breakfast buffet was enough to hold me over until dinner. -

Great breakfast, good shuttle service, close to airport. Great beach access. Nice beach. Easy access to other beach restaurants. Close to street shopping and many good restaurants. Great staff to work with. -
Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, helpful and great value for money. They even let me have a late check-out at 2pm for free!

Great facilities for the price, excellent value for money if you're traveling on a budget.
Great location for a family/beach trip - hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the best sands in Samui. It's a ten minute bike ride away from Chaweng's main drag though, which is not ideal if you're in Chaweng to party, but it is if you're there for the beach.

Rather close to the beach, very helpful staff, who spoke English, even though it was not perfect. Hotel offered big variety of tours that a guest can book at the reception. You can use a beach chair near Synergy hotel for free, if u stay in this hotel. market with fruits, family mart, chaweng walking street are very close. great value for money. stayed at another hotel which was more expensive between lamai and rocky beach and even wanted to cancel our booking and return to Lemurraya. The resort is perfectly located between Chaweng Beach and the main road. Rooms were a decent size. The staff were very helpful and the food and service were excellent. They offer massages on the beach we made use of daily. Great value for money!!! -

satisfactory. The location is excellent as the hotel is at waking
distance from bars and restaurants. We had the feeling this was one of
the best hotel in the area so we reccomand it.

We got a very nice surprise when we arrived!(roses and flowers in the room and on the bed for our honeymoon)

On arriving the 'Superior Bungalow' was not superior as in the pics on letsbookhotel.com website, we had particularly wanted a bathtub for the last week of our holiday and there was no tub in the bungalow we were given. Went to reception and they explained we had booked 'Standard' although pics and our booking said 'Superior'. We first booked the regular rooms but when we saw the rooms we upgraded
to the bungalows right away, though they are smaller than the rooms in
the building but the quality is much higher. We liked it so muchthat we
