The hotel was resonabley priced for what you got. Clean and somewhat modern hotel. Mostly clean. Friend staff.

What I didn't like was the transparency of the windows of the bathroom, sliding door with no locks. Not ideal when your staying with a friend. When mentioned to the staff they were nonchalant about the situation.

Room designs, bath tub with yellow duck :) Location (near to mall and train station with free tuk-tuk transfer) Staff is friendly and able to speak fluent English. The fitness centre and the pool are amazing!

i got a great deal for BHT 3252 for one night. loved the place, they made me wait in their cafe, served drinks and brought all the paperwork right there, did not have to stand in the lobby. great value for money

The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

The tour buses that bring all the Chinese (from what I understood of Mandarin) tour groups to King Power Dutyfree, next door. Buses start from 09:00, and last well into the night at 22:30. It was hell to get in and out of the hotel in a taxi and to try to push your way through the throng if you walk to get to the main street.

Every customers get a 10% off coupon of king power duty free near by when check in, and if you shopping over there, u can get a extra discount of room services in Pullman .for me, I have a 700 baht order of room services, but only pay 200 baht when check out, that's cool.BTW, the 10% off coupon could be use for every order u placed

So many people, a little crowd at breakfast time. The shampoo...OMG, the worst i have in Thailand ....

My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. Even taking a taxi to the airport is not expensive. The male staff members are much more friendlier than the female staff. The male staff at the entrance are very helpful. This hotel is next to the big duty free shopping mall, so easy for shopping lovers. The hotel room is modern, spacious, clean and neat. I would definitely stay here again next time.

standard 4* hotel. Clean rooms. Quite convenient 10min walk to nearest train station, or <5min with hotel shuttle.

Sauna and steam bath facilities are not FOC and price is ridiculous..

The breakfast. The location. The facilites. The hotel is very big and spacious.

The rooms are not family friendly. The bathroom can be viewed from 360 degrees. You can enter the bathroom from the wardrobe, windows of the bathroom. It was simply outrageous. You cannot earn points on the member cards when we book through letsbookhotel.com.

Everything was as per the comment I could read before chosing. I really liked this hotel, really a 5 stars. Actually I was at the executive floor and everything was excellent but had the feeling that it was the same anywhere

Suggestion: do not order wine by the glass as it tastes of cork. Eventually, ask to open a new bottle or order a bottle.... or do not drink wine ....

Check in service was superb! Was very amazed with their services during check in. Shuttle tuk tuk provided by the hotel to the nearest BST station, which is just 3 mins tuk tuk ride. Frequency of the tuk tuk is great.

Large and quite room, nice swimming pool, good breakfast buffet. We had the vietnamise dinner buffet, excellent choise but with a lack of vietnamise taste, to much adjusted to occidental customers. 200 meters from the Victory skyline station

Excellent service overall. Superb price and value for your money, rooms are spacious and elegant, room lighting was well thought. Good connections to bts Skytrain and Airport trainlink. Will come back.

As the breakfast buffet closes at 1030am, a waitress in a hurry took away my plate full of fruits while I was getting coffee. Not a big deal to me, just waste of food.
